All live animals are shipped via overnight service Monday–Wednesday to avoid weekend delays.

We provide a Live Arrival Guarantee when:

Someone is present to receive the package on first delivery attempt.
Temperatures at destination are between 40°F–90°F.
Any issue is reported within 1 hour of delivery with clear photos.

We reserve the right to delay shipment due to unsafe weather conditions.

Deposits are non-refundable but transferable within 30 days.

Buyers are responsible for knowing their local laws before purchase.
