• Shipment is delivered on the first delivery attempt

• Someone is present to receive the package

• Temperatures at destination are between 40°F–90°F

• Any issue is reported within 1 hour of delivery with clear photos

All animals are shipped via overnight service using insulated packaging and heat/cool packs when necessary.

We reserve the right to delay shipment due to unsafe weather conditions to ensure the safety of the animal.

All animals listed are feeding consistently prior to being offered for sale.

This animal is currently established on frozen/thawed prey and has demonstrated reliable feeding behavior. We do not list animals that are not consistently eating.

Each reptile is maintained under monitored husbandry standards, including proper temperature gradients, humidity control, and routine health observation.

Live animals ship Monday through Wednesday via overnight service to avoid weekend delays.

Orders placed after Wednesday will ship the following week to ensure safe transit timing.
